1936 Ford Model 68 Touring Sedan Convertible
1 of just 100 built with a "Hump Trunk". The 1936 Ford Model 68 received a striking facelift. New features included a graceful V-shaped grille with vertical bars and wire spokes were replaced by artillery type wheels with large 12 inch painted hubcaps that had chrome centers and a stylized V-8 logo. The 221 ci V8 was the only engine option for this car and it's backed by a 3 speed manual transmission. This car underwent a nut and bolt, frame off restoration and at the time of the restoration was considered a 100 point car. The Black paint polishes up great, the chrome and trim is all in very nice condition, along with the Tan top. The Brown interior shows nicely as well. For an older restoration this Model 68 is still in fantastic shape and would be a great addition to any collection.
